Stick with either Jana/Jillian or Alexa/Abigail. Brynn and Breanna sound too close because they both have the Br sound in the beginning.

I really like Jana & Jillian! They are beautiful on their own and as a pair. They are also less trendy. You could also consider Jenna & Jillian.
