I a. Swedish, and there it is definitely Loo-see-a. In Italy they say Loo-chee-a.

you could use either pronunciation, you would just tell people how to pronounce it if they were reading it which is no big deal, I grew up with a unique name where I had to tell substitute teachers how to pronounce it, it didn’t bother me at all and I was a shy kid with new people, it just made me feel special

Loo-see-uh is the prettiest pronunciation IMO.
