Is the number 14 significant to you for some reason? I think your 2nd and third choice names are simply lovely, but their spellings are less than attractive. Maybe forgo the 14 letters and try for something a bit more traditional and recognizable. :)

I’m pretty sure the poster meant to spell it Elanor if Arwen is one of her choices. Arwen and Elanor are names from Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings trilogy. Elanor is both a flower and the name of Sam Gamgee’s daughter. I think both are beautiful, and if Elanor is the spelling that has meaning to you, spell it that way!

Our last name is 14 letters long. The last poster is right we meant to spell it that way for that exact reason. Thanks for the input!
I voted for Arwen but I had a really tough time deciding between that and Elanor. Both of those are great!
