You can’t really predict the commonness of a name. Penelope may not be half as popular once your daughter turns 5 or 10. On the same note, Freya might spike in popularity in the next few years. They’re all classic names so I wouldn’t worry about that, but I do like Freya with your other daughters’ names.

I voted for Freya because it’s the least common, as far as I’ve seen.
