Are you wanting to pronounce it Tee-gun or Tay-gun? The original pronunciation is Tay-gun, like Reagan. I’ve also seen Teigan and Taegan

Teagan. Tegan will most often be pronounced like Megan.

I like the spelling Tegan (pronounced Tee-gan). It’s the name of one of the singers of Tegan and Sara, one of my favorite bands!

I was also going to suggest Tegan! Tegan and Sara are wonderful if you’ve never heard them--I’ve seen them live multiple times over the years, most recently last month on the Katy Perry tour :)
