I think the names are ok. Although I think Lucie might work better if it’s a nickname for Lucinda or Lucille.

Just name them lucie and evie or get a longer form for lucie

I don’t like Lucie spelt like that and even Lucy wouldn’t match anyway. It would work better if Lucie could be short for Lucille. Evangeline and Lucille sound good together.

They’re both lovely names, although I too think Lucille with the nickname Lucie would sound even better with your other names.
