Emmett vs. Logan
Already in the 3rd trimester and I just can’t decide between Emmett and Logan. Big brother’s name is Liam. I’d like them to sound nice when said together, but I’m also worried that if I name baby #2 something that starts with "L" then I have to do that with all future kids

What about Ethan? It sounds more similar to Logan as far as the good flow with your last name (although I would avoid another L). Emmett is OK, but doesn’t sound as great with Powell. Elliott or Everett would also flow better in my opinion.

I definitely think those are all nice names, unfortunately I know an Ethan and an Everett and one of my high school flings was named Elliott lol. It would be weird for me to associate my baby’s name with them

I prefer Logan 100% but I do see what you mean about future children possibly needing L names as well!

I love Liam and Logan! You wouldn’t necessarily be bound to name any other children with L names. My two older siblings are named James and Jenna, whereas my name is Andrea and my younger sister is named Marissa. So, you can do whatever you want.
