What do you guys think of Dakota Shay and Camille Olivia for our twins? Dakota will be named after his uncle Dakota and his uncle Shea and hubby and I both adore the name Camille. Thoughts?

Dakota Shay strikes me as a feminine name. I know it’s unisex, but both names together sound feminine to me.

Unfortunately, I would wonder if B/G or G/G, especially when paired with Shay.

The styles of the two names are pretty different. But since it B/G twins it’s less of a big deal. I personally know three Dakotas and all three are male. So I don’t really think of it as feminine at all. My only thought was why change the spelling of "Shay", if it’s to honor Uncle "Shea"? Camille Olivia is lovely.

I love Dakota Shay and Camille. However, Olivia is so trendy and popular now that I wouldn’t pair it with Camille, it kind of ruins it for me to be honest.

I love Camille Olivia. I’m not a fan of Dakota for a boy or a girl, but I like the name Shay/Shea a lot.
