All are equally masculine. While it’s true that’s not my style, that’s clearly your call. But none is more girly than the others.

Campbell because she could be Cami for short if she should go through a phase of wanting something "girlier"

I THINK THESE ARE AWESOME! i also like the name Kaylab/Kaelab for a girl but nobody in the whole world agrees with me. :(

Campbell Brown is a famous reporter. Nothing masculine about her so I can see this name working. Plus you have the cute nn Belle if you wanted to use it

Elliott I guess is my favorite but like I said they are all cute.
