I would say Gemma. Aubrey Marie sounds too similar with --ee sound at the end of big names. But then Gemma Marie is heavy on the -mm sound.

In Gemma Marie, the flow is interrupted when the last syllable of Gemma butts up against the first syllable of Marie, because they are the same syllable, so you say "ma ma," and it sounds weird.
