1 L and 2 Ps looks more correct to me. I believe that’s the traditional spelling, which leads to the common nickname Pippa. Good luck!

Agree with comment #1. Philippa is the traditional spelling.

If you use one P then the sound of the ending changes to "-EE-puh." So one L and two Ps.
