The only way I could see it as a girls’ name is if it were a nickname for Jocelyn, Josselyn, or Josephine.

I immediately think girl bc of the singer Joss Stone, but I can see why others say it’s masculine too. I like it for either!

I had a hard time deciding - I think it fits a boy better; however, if a girl introduced herself to me with that name, I wouldn’t think twice about it.
