I think they sound lovely together. They are both trendy names with classic undertones. I like them together. Sella and Mila. Love it!

Is Mila pronounced my-lab or mee-lah? Our friend just named her yorkie mila but pronounces it my-lah. I think Mila Kate is too choppy of a name and both sound like nicknames (Milania and Katherine).

Mila Kate is cute, but I think Stella and Mila are a bit close for siblings. They are a bit of a tongue twister to say as well -- too much of the "l" sound.
