Adler and Truman vs. Middle name suggestions

When you hear the name Adler, do you think of boy or girl. We are having boy/girl twins. I love both of these names. I thought Adler could be shortened to Addy/Addie. And Truman is for our boy. What do you think of these name choices? Also if you could suggest middle names that would be great. We like the name Jack, but I don’t think Truman Jack flows very well. Thank you for your help! - Kate, Cory, and babies

Truman makes me think if the movie "The Truman Show" and Adler makes me think of Hitler. I don’t like either, sorry!

Not keen on Adler, because of the Naziness and because it reminds me of Irene Adler...

Why not use Adelaide, Adaline, Adele, Adalena

I like Adler but for a boy, I do however like Adlee/Adley for a girl....same vibe
I honestly think Truman Jack flows great!

I would assume that Adler and Truman were boy/boy twins. I’d use Adele or Adelaide for a girl.
