I have never heard of this name. My son went to preschool with a Xyla. I would think it would flow best as a middle name.

We originally liked xyla but didn’t want the xylophone coorolation to get her made fun of so we thought xyah would be a good turn on the name, thank you!

I would pronounce this Zigh-uh (like sigh with a z) if I saw it. Have you thought of the spelling Zea, Zia, Xia or even Xiah. The y really throws me off
