thoughts on vs. the name vs. Slater
I want to honor my grandfather with the name slater. My grandfather’s name was Milton Carl and I don’t like that for my son for obvious reasons. Anyway slater was the road that my grandfather lived on and the road that I spent all my time with him on. He had a large farm and it was his dream come true. I think it’s cute and unique and I love it. What do you think? Any middle name suggestions?

I don’t think slater is horrible but I think of slater from saved by the bell.

I’m not a fan of Slater. I just can’t see it aging well. If it has meaning for you, go for it. Or you can use it as a middle name.
