These are both great names. But Eli (and Elijah) seem to be awfully popular right now. I know several young boys named Eli. That makes me lean toward Cameron. It’s popular too, but a bit less so right now, I think.

Cameron is unisex, so I’d go with Eli for a boy.

Eli means ’high, ascended,’ or ’my god.’
