They’re both nice, but to me, Alison is a lot more feminine than Avery. What about...
Alison and Alexis
Avery and Aubrey
Alison and Audrey
Avery and Arden

I like them! May I suggest Avery and Alexis though? I think they would make an even better pair! But Avery and Allison are nice. Good luck!

Avery is too masculine for me, especially when I know several little boys with the name.
Alison however is very nice. A classic.

As a twin myself, I beg you not to go matchy when it comes to names. I was a Colbie with a sister named Carly and it was very annoying our names being so close. Even starting names with the same letters bothers me.

My suggestions:

Alison and Jane
Alison and Rose
Alison and Gabrielle
Alison and Olivia
Alison and Laura
Alison and Kara
Alison and Katherine
Alison and Brooke
Alison and Elizabeth
Alison and Norah
Alison and Molly
Alison and Hope
Alison and Willow

Alison is a beautiful name. I dont like Avery as much though. What about Alison and Alexis, if you want the matching A’s? Annabelle and Alison? Analeise and Alison? Abigail and Alison? Agnes, Arabella or Amelia?
Good Luck!

Addison & Avery

not a fan of matchy twin names AT all so not loving same letter. In terms of individual names I HATE Allison, I think its terribly ugly and boring --- its one of those names I genuinely never understand why anyway uses, not for any particular reason just personally dislike it. I like Avery but feel like its starting to become a bit too trendy.

I like Alison, but Avery is all boy to me.

I like them both. Although Alison seems a little dated, while Avery is modern.
