It strikes me as a little silly, but if you lover them and are huge Mark Twain fans, go for it. : )

I would only do it if you are seeking to draw attention to your devotion to Mark Twain’s novels. Even then, I think it’s a little unfair to your kids to put that on them. Even if you think it’s funny and like talking about, they might not appreciate it.

I wasn’t doing it to be funny or make fun of them. Im just a big book worm and thought it be cute for them to have the names of two literary best friends, but I was worried it might come off as tacky. I guess I was right.
