I love your options. I voted for Kate. I think Ivy Kate would be a sweet option. I also like Eva Kate but I dislike siblings with the same initials, so perhaps Ava or Ada?

Katie Lou (I personally ADORE this one as a nn for Katrina Louise, but you could also use Katherine/Catherine/Katharine, and Lucia, Lucille, Licinda, etc. Or of course just on its own.)
