Ellison Claire vs. Ella-Eliza Celine/Celeste vs. Lily-Ella Cate

I will be a single mother to a daughter this June. My mother has been such an amazing help that I want to name the baby after her. Her name is Ellie and I HATE that name by itself so am coming up with some variations.

Wow I really like Ellison, hadn’t heard of that before. Really cute with Claire. Although I think there might be a tendency to use the nickname Ellie with that name. I’m sure you could manage to use Elle instead.

Agree with poster 1 that Ellery is nice. Eloisa would be lovely, I prefer that to Eloise.

I would assume Ellison is a boy, and Ella-Eliza is a little too similar. Lily-Ella is adorable! Cate Mills is kind of choppy though, so what about Lily-Ella Celeste Mills? That would be perfection! Good luck!
