If you’re set on Leah (even though it’s a little matchy with Lily), then go with the Leah spelling. There aren’t very many ways to spell that name.

I like Lia...it’s prettier and more feminine.

I prefer Lia, but think it’s too close to Lily.

Leeya is another spelling, but I think it looks a little "made up".

I like it spelt Lia or Lea. I’ve heard Leah pronounced like Lay-uh and like Lee-uh.

Calling them both at once is gonna be a tongue twister ... LOL.

Lily and Lia are adorable together. They are close, but not too close! I love them.

Lia is nice for a nickname, but looks "made up" for an actual name. Also it’s too close to Lily. Lea looks like Lay-uh, not Lee-uh, and also looks made up.
Leah is prettiest, is the original spelling, and is not too close to Lily.
Hope I could help. Good luck!

When in doubt, go with the traditional spelling. Leah is beautiful and won’t be mispronounced.
