Fiona Jewel vs. Portia Grace

We think these names are beautiful and we love them for our daughter on the way, but the names have some issues. Fiona - The Shrek movies, people have already mentioned it and it is a little more popular than we were hoping. Portia - It means "pig, hog, or doorway" and we are not using it after the car, Porsche. Which name should we use, or should we look for another name?

Felicia, Felicity, and Fontana are good options. So is Priscilla. Also, keep in mind, that no matter what name that you pick, someone is always going to have something goofy that they connect it to. There is nothing wrong with the movie Shrek, or Princess Fiona in the movie. At least Fiona wasn’t a serial killer in Shrek. kwim? And people name there kids after cars on purpose all the time. You’re not doing that here. So, at the end of the day, I’d name my kid whichever name that suits her best when she is born, and tell everyone else that if they don’t like the name you’ve picked, that it ain’t their kid anyway, so get over it. My fave of the two you have up there is DEFINITELY Fiona Jewel. I Love it. Portia Grace seems a bit more generic to me. Not sure why. GL!!
