Scarlett Rosalie vs. Rosalie Scarlett
I’m torn between the two. I like that Rosalie has the cute nickname of Rosie but I think Scarlett is a stronger name and I wonder how Rosalie will work on an adult?

Both are pretty, but I prefer the way Scarlett Rosalie flows together. On the flip side, I think Rosalie Flynn has a very nice soft sound to it! And Rosie, Rose, Roz, Sally, Lee... lots of nn options.

These are such opposite options for me! I think Scarlett has a very harsh sound to it, whereas Rosalie is a very soft sound. I don’t think Rosalie sounds childish at all. I know adults named Zoe and Ellie and Annie and they all work, despite being a [removed]ildish as nicknames. Plus, I think Rosalie Flynn flows much better than Scarlett Flynn

Scarlett Rosalie Fynn is gorgeous! It flows beautifully, and I agree that Scarlett will age much better than Rosalie. GL!

Rosalie is cute, but Scarlett is stunning! It is both strong and beautiful. Personally, I find Rosalie a bit frilly, but it is nice as a middle name. Scarlett Rosalie definitely gets my vote! Beautiful name :)

I agree with comment #2. Rosalie is a much sweeter, softer name, yet it has strength since it starts with R. You can also think of Rosa Parks and Rosie the Riveter, two very strong associations. I have never thought of Rosalie as childish. In fact the only person I know with this name is retirement age. (I realize it’s making a comeback and I think that’s great! No one will think it’s an "old" name.) If for some reason she doesn’t want to use Rosalie as an adult, there are the more placid nicknames of Rosa and Rose that she could opt for. You need not worry about Rosalie on an adult. It’s a beautiful name- use it!
