Hi I am pregnant with twins, one boy and one girl! Do you think that Lucien and Lucille would work? I really like these names together and were wondering if they are to close. They would be called Luc/Luke and Lucy! Also any nicknames? Thank you :)

They sound really almost the same. What about Lucas and Lucille, still very similar but not sounding the same

I hate it enough when people give their twins same first initial names --- they will spend most of their life trying to break out of the "twin" mold as is, this is just awful as the names are much too close. Go with complementing but DIFFERENT names.
