Zinnia is cute and unique.
Some other suggestions are:
Zara
Zarah (pronounced like Sarah with a Z)
Zahara
Zandra

I like both. I like Zaylee better. how about Zaina
Zoey
Zaria
Zarie
Zayden.
I like Zaina Rose or Zaylee Rose. Love the idea for "z" names!

I really think Zinnia is by far the best choice. It is the name of a flower and very pretty. I’m afraid Zaylee looks a bit made up ---but that may be what you’re going for. I know a family who wanted Z names that no one else had, the girls are Zatelyn and Zaleah. GL!

Zinnia reminds me of a flower.
If I had to choose a Z-name it’d have to be Zoe. Some of these suggestions are kinda out-there. Remember kids are mean...Zebra, Zero, etc..

also I don’t think Zebra and Zero are particularly bad nicknames?
