Tristan Augustus vs. Augustus (Gus) Grey

I like Tristan (legends of the fall) and my hubby likes Augustus (after his grandfather..) I don’t think I’m completely sold on Augustus as a first name (But if so we will call him Gus) Which one would you pick?

Tristan is so incredibly handsome, I actually think of Tristan and Isolde when I hear the name. Either way, one of the most attractive names ever!! Not a big fan of Augustus though I love August and LOVE Augustine, but I think Gus is a cute nn, it doesn’t compare to Tristan though.
