Both names are extremely pretty. They are a bit similar but if you love the names I would definitely say use them.

No, not too similar at all and both wonderful names! I love the pairing. We were going to name our baby Cecilia Rae, but she turned out to be a HE.

The names are not too similar. I love Cecilia, but not Delilah. Delilah in the Bible had serious character flaws and the name means "delicate, weak, languishing." Here are some names to pair with Cecilia:

Cornelia
Odilia
Letitia/Leticia "joy, happiness"
Felicia "lucky, successful"
Raisa (rye-EE-sah, "paradise" in Slavic)
Eugenia ("well born")
Monica
Anastasia ("resurrection")
Natalia/Nathalia

I love Delilah and Cecilia! They would make great twins. Lila and Cece would be such cute nicknames.
