I would say uh-LEE-uh. But if it is the French name maybe the pronunciation is more like a-lee-UH (with the first "a" being like the a in cat)?

I would probably first think that it’s an alternate (or made-up) spelling of Aaliyah (pron, uh-LEE-uh). I have never seen the name before so I don’t really know.
