Taylor GIRL vs. VS vs. Taylor BOY

I am having a girl and I like Taylor. Problem is my husband’s brother named his son Taylor, so they would be cousins with same name different gender, and they don’t live close...will anyone be offended?

i really do think that taylor is better for a boy i dont think of taylor as a pretty name for a girl and i believe in not naming the same as family members childrens like cousins and there is so many darling girls names out there so i say no

Just name her that! It is a beautiful name and I like it for both genders! I plan on naming my daughter Brooke and that is my neice’s middle name. And there’s always a chance to call her Taylie or Tay, too of my favorite nicknames for Taylor. Good Luck!

I think Taylor is a More Boy’s name. But I know over 5 Taylors that are GIRLS, and NO Taylor that I know is a boy.

And they are all girls. NO BOYS
SO Yeah Taylor will be okay they might NOT like it that you are naming another child in the family Taylor. I am sure they wanted to have the ONLY taylor in the family.

Taylor is a gorgeous name for a girl!! It flows beautiful, definetly sounds pretty, yet spunky and sophisticated!

I also have two Taylor’s in my school that are GIRLS and one Taylor that’s a little GIRL. Taylor is also going to be my neices name, so I say go for it. Who cares if it’s the same as them, it’s not like they own the name.
