Pepper vs. Pepper vs. suggestions?

I used to know a girl named Pepper. This was her real name. She was on the basketball team in high school...a very popular well liked girl. I am now pregnant with my second girl and considering the name Pepper. What do you think of it? If you don’t like Pepper and you want to suggest other names please nothing ordinary. Doesn’t have to start with a P. Big sisters name is Saffron Willow and brother is Robin Louis. Thank you, Robert, June, Saffron, Robbie, and baby girl

if you’re gonna use it spell it Peppa, Pepper is an animals name, i’d name a horse or a dog Pepper but not a person, what about

Yes I like Pepper. Use it don’t let anyone on here convince you otherwise if you don’t like the other name suggestions.

I don’t like it. It reminds me of the snobby girl at the orphanage in "Annie". Plus, my friend named her dog Pepper. I wouldn’t take a Pepper seriously, and it’s almost asking for teasing. "Is your brother named Salt?" Try these:

We don’t really like Sage, sorry. It’s too popular and we would be more likely to use it for a boy. We do like Piper but think its a bit too popular for our taste. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Rosemary, Ginger, Briony, Cassia, Pipra, Romey/Romy, Sage, Cicely. Piper is part of the pepper family. Any of these would fit.
