Care-uh is much prettier imo, and most people will assume that pronunciation. The spelling Kara seems more like car-uh to me.

If you do go with car-uh (not a fan, starting to grow on me now but don’t think I’ll ever use it) I’d go with Jade or Nicole

I prefer the pronunciation care-uh, though I think the more common pronunciation is car-uh(I may be wrong). Cara Josephine is very pretty!!!
