Out of these names, I only see Parker, Bailey and Jamie working on both sexes. For me Casey, Joey, Dylan and Cameron are all boy.

My favorite for either boy or girl is Casey. My least favorite for either is Bailey.
I’m not a fan of Dylan for a girl, but it’s ok. The rest I like for either. Good luck! :)

Here’s my opinions...
Casey- 50/50 girl/boy
Joey- 50/50 girl/boy but I’d be using a gender specific full name (eg Joseph or Joanna) as I see Joey as a nickname only
Parker- boy only. I knew a girl in high school who got "park-her jokes". The boys all took this inapproriately and she became withdrawn. Regardless I don’t actually like it on boys either.
Jamie- both but I prefer it on a boy as a nickname for James (which I see as all boy). It just seems incomplete to me
Dylan- I used to like it on both until my (male) friend of the same name started being called the same name of an adult toy
Bailey- 70 girl/30 boy. Its ok. Not my favourite but not horrible either.
Cameron- this spelling is all boy (Camryn is all girl). Love Cam on either equally. Other ideas: Camden (boy), Camille/Camilla (girl), Cambria (girl).
My favourite unisex names: Nick, Rhys/Reese, Quinn, Avery, and Riley.
I hope my opinions helps.

Casey - to me it’s just outdated
Joey - only if short for Josephine or Joseph but I have thought of Josiah as unisex.
Parker - I’ve never liked this name
Jamie - the only unisex name on here really. I like it for both but for a boy James should be the proper, legal name
Dylan - I love for both. I know it’s so common but I really do. I’m a big Dylan Thomas fan, it’s much less popular for girls so I still think it’s cute.
Bailey - I rarely hear it on a boy but when I do I’m proud of it.
Cameron - I like Cameron spelled this way only. Not Kameron, Camryn, Kamryn, Cameryn, Khameron, just freakin leave it how it is. It’s kinda sporty which I like.

Casey -- cute, but rather "nicknamey" imo.
Joey -- too cutesie
Parker -- I would use for a boy, only.
Jamie -- a cute nickname for James on a boy or a standalone name for a girl (or Jaime).
Dylan -- this works for both boy and girl.
Bailey -- this works for both boy and girl, but like better on a girl.
Cameron -- I don’t like this for girls (even if "feminized" by spelling Camryn).

Casey - Too nicknamey and cutesy
Joey - Too nicknamey and cutesy, what about Jo/Joe (G/B)?
Parker - Boy! Only! Not a fan of using it on girls.
Jamie - Yes, good for either.
Dylan - Alright for either.
Bailey - Alright for either.
Cameron - Boy! Only! Not a fan of using it on girls.
So: Jamie is best, next Bailey, then Dylan. GL!
