Any L-name with the middle name Olivia or Molly could be called Lolly!

Almost anything starting with L would work, though names with two L’s like Lola or Lorelei might be a little more obvious. I think Molly (suggested above) could also work.

Definitely wouldnt give someone the full name Lolly to take into adult life!
Try Tallulah, Eloise, Lilias or Lola, all of which would work with Lolly as a nn
