r-ee-ELLE. The first syllable being pronounced like the letter r or the word are. I would pronounce Ariel AIR-ee-uhl like Disney’s Little Mermaid.

Arielle is PROPERLY pronounced ari (ahri) elle. airy elle is wrong.
