They are both fine names on their own, without being from Game of Thrones, so I’d say go for it. However, I know it’s spelled Arya in the show Aria is also nice if you don’t want it to be obviously GoT.

Haha yes we thought maybe we could spell it Aria but we love the Y. Arya also has sanskrit origins which made us love it even more because we love Indian traditions and culture! :) Thanks so much for your kind words :) - ANdy

I prefer the spelling Aria, like the musical term. I always want to pronounce Arya differently. I say uh-rye-uh instead of are-ee-ah. Robb seems incomplete on its own to me, I feel like it needs a longer full name. Robert James nn Robb flows better and looks/seems more complete. Aria/Arya Rose sounds better in my ears than Aria/Arya Rosalie although I prefer Rosalie to Rose in general. These are all simply opinions, feel free to consider them or ignore them!

Ha everyone in that show is a " murderer" But yes if you like Sanskrit Arya go for it. I like Aria for musical reference however it’s also a character on that pretty little liar show. But based on the name itself and what you guys like otherwise I’d stick with Arya.

Hahaha @poster 6 I was going to type the exact same thing xD Yes I know Aria from pretty little liars :)

@poster 4 I agree with what you said about Rose . I also said the same thing to my husband but he said Rosalie sounded better. I will show him your comment. Thank you!

I agree about the Rose/Rosalie thing. I think it’s because Aria/Aria and Rosalie both have 3 syllables an the ’ee’ sound is repeated. It doesn’t necessarily sound terrible, I just think Rose flows better with the name as a whole.
