Mine would be
1. Oceana: i love it but it has too many pronunciations and is too long

2. Hayden: (for a girl) my husband doesn’t like it and it doesn’t fit with my kids names

3. Coralie: love it but probably won’t ever use

4. Olivia: too common to actually use

5. Roman: husband hates it

6. Cove: might be a little too weird to actually use and doesn’t fit with my kids names

7. Beckett: my last name is Beck

8. Callen: I don’t like any of the spellings and it’s too close to my sons name

9. Treyson: too trendy to actually use and my husband isn’t a fan

10. Tristan: my best friend is Trysta so we decided not to use Tristan

While I still may use these names, the chances are very small.

GIRLS
Blake. Logan. Dale. Bradley. Shayne. Brandy (Brandon) -> because to many people don’t like boy names on girls
Temperance. Topanga. Chalice. Santana -> they’re too "out there"
Asa. Evan -> again, boy names (despite the fact that I would be using them as nicknames for Anastasia and Evangeline)

BOYS
Addison. Sutton -> too many girls now have these names
Abby -> too feminine despite the fact I’d use it as a nickname for Abbott
Caillou. Farley. Kyd. Viggo. Cypress. Boone -> too "out there"
Foster -> might be weird since I plan on fostering and adopting children
Jesus (spanish pronounciation "hey-zeus") -> I’m not religious

EITHER
Lucifer -> devil connection (doesn’t bother me as I’m agnostic but some of my Christian friends would have issues with it)
Scout -> my sister is planning on getting a dog and using this name

Still considering these as middle names as people don’t always know each others middle names (I know most don’t know mine) and it would be easy to keep secret if my kid doesn’t like it. Middle name slots are good places for guilty pleasure names, imo.

*the chances are very small that I’d use them as first names
