Adelaide vs. Yes vs. No
I am in love with the name Adelaide! I can imagine bringing my beautiful baby girl home from the hospital and so many good things to come just hearing the name. I also think she will by far be a princess with this name which I love. I also adore the nickname Addie. I don’t think I could find a more perfect name. My twin sister on the other hand told me not to use it because it’s ugly and hard to pronounce. What do you think of Adelaide?

It’s not hard to pronounce but I personally find it to sound choppy and harsh, rather than soft and simple such as names like Lila, Grace, Anna, Victoria, Belle, Willow, Sarah, Quinn, etc.

Adeline would be my preference because it is easier to pronounce and in my opinion sounds better.

Personally I prefer Adeline as I’m not a fan of the "laid" sound, however its far from ugly as your sister says, nor will it guarantee that she’s a real princess as you believe
