Emily Claire vs. Other C Name

I have absolutely fell in love with the name Emily Claire. The only thing I’m scared of is two of her siblings have ’C’ names and my daughter goes by her middle name. So Emily would be joining Campbell (Preston), Cole (Davis), and (Anais) Catherine. Would it be okay to use Emily Claire, and still give her a C middle name (she would go by Emily) or do I need to go with a first name that begins with a C?

It’s fine to name her Emily Claire and to call her Emily, if that’s what you want to do! Very pretty name, by the way.

Emily Claire is beautiful and sounds great with her siblings! It fits the pattern too -- your boys have C first names and girls have C middle names -- your daughter just happens to go by her middle name. If Emily wants to go by Claire to match her siblings she could do that, but Emily is lovely too! Good luck!

No, you don’t have to give her a C first name. Emily Claire is lovely. Her name matches her sister with a C middle name. I don’t think anybody is going to mind.
