It’s okay. I wouldn’t use it, but it’s not awful. I would leave the spelling the same actually- it’s already kind of feminine (vs. Dillon).

I have seen it on a girl many times!!
Here in Quebec though, maybe in the US it’s more masculine, but here yeah.
I like it on a girl, plus you want to use it for the mn so it’s not like if it was her first name. But if you give her Dylan as a md you should give her a really feminine first name.

I like it more than names like Peyton and Parker for girls...for some reason they sound more masculine than Dylan to me. I would probably spell it Dilyn or Dyllan. Change it up a little bit to differentiate her from all of the boys with this name...

I think Dylan is fine on a girl and this spelling would be fine also. If you really want to change it here are some suggestions:
