Gwendolyn, by far!! It just rolls of the tongue and sounds very lyrical to me. I’m not a fan of Gwyneth at all...the -eth ending doesn’t sound all that nice and Gwyneth Paltrow has ruined it for me. Read a few of her out of touch, self-absorbed interviews and you’ll probably agree. You might also like:

Guinevere/Guenevere
Gwennaelle/Gwenaela
Gwenaëlle
Gwendoline (can be -line or -leen pronunciation)
Gwenllian
Gwyneira (pronounced ay-ruh or eye-rug depending on region)

Gwyneth is lovely. I disagree with the second poster about the sound of the -eth ending. I think names like Gwyneth (and Elizabeth and Annabeth) sound sweet.
