Also, what actually goes in the bottle is not regulated in the same way. There is no guarantee that what is in the bottle matches what is on the label. The compositions and ingredients may change from bottle to bottle and there may be additional ingredients that are not listed on the label. Because something has the word herbal in it, does not mean it is any safer than a commercially produced drug. Read up on the drugs you use as well as the herbs/vitamins/minerals you use to find out what you are really putting in your body. The government has an incredible amount of information on all of this online.

The FDA is in the business of making big money from pharmaceuticals...of course they are going to shoot down anything that competes with their business! Herbs were mans first medicine.

I wouldn’t buy it. I don’t take anything for cramps, I distrust herbal supplements, and I’ve never been in a Wal-Mart anyway.
