Elizabeth and Anne are waaaaay too common and overused as middle names. They’re like the "default" middle names if you can’t think of anything else. Definitely 100% go for Elise and Alice.

Most will use a middle initial for their middle name - Ashton E and Emily A. Because of that it will look like you have B/G twins on paper. Both girls deserve first names that are appropriate for girls.
