Honestly, the first two are both equal in my mind. The third one is just rubbish; I’ve never seen it spelled that way and it looks horrible. Gun to my head, Kourtney with a K wins by a narrow margin.

Kourtney comes across as trashy to me and a bit too Kardashian to saddle an innocent child with.
Courteney, the spelling used by actress Courteney Cox, always looked to me as if it should be pronounced with an extra syllable.
Courtney is just right.

I love the name Courtney when it’s spelled right.

Courtney gives off a dated vibe to me (the Ashley/Brittany/Courtney craze of the early 90s) so I prefer the K spelling I feel like that at least puts a bit of a fresh spin on the name.
