My husband heard the name Adesa, and he likes it a lot. My question is if you heard the name what gender would you assume the baby would be? Also, if you can comment on how you would pronounce it we would appreciate it. Thanks for your help

I assumed it was a girl name, but I looked it up, and apparently it’s a boy’s name. Never would have thought about it being a boy’s name because I’ve never heard it before, but your question made me wonder. :)

Initially I thought girl but now I think boy! It’s rather unisex which is not a bad thing whatsoever.

Uh-dess-uh.
100% girl. I’d think a boy named Adesa would be weird and wonder what the parents were thinking.

I guarantee that every who sees the name Adesa will assume girl.
