I love the idea of them both being 4 letters but Ezra and Emma may be just a bit too close in sound because of the A endings.
How about Evan if Emma? I would love those together!
If not then I’d go with Easton.

I reluctantly pick Easton, though I find the name quite unattractive. I love Ezra, I think it’s very handsome and I don’t think it looks or sounds like a girls name, but it is too close to Emma.

How about:
Emma and Elliot
Emma and Edward
Emma and Everett
Emma and Ewan
Emma and Elijah

Ezra and Emma are a bit too close. But Ezra is a much nicer name than Easton, so I choose Ezra anyway.
