I would eliminate Kara, since it and Aurora both end with RA and that might make little Hazel feel like the odd one out. Plus I just think Aurora and Hazel go together beautifully but Kara doesn’t really fit very well with them. Maybe Aurora, Gemma, and Hazel? Or maybe Aurora, Hazel, and Meredith, Charlotte, Felicity, Caroline, Emily/Emilie, Claire, Phoebe, Grace, or Adelaide?

Pretty names, sound fine for triplets. I think the most important thing with naming your children is that you love the names, not everyone is going to love the names you choose and I don’t see a problem with 2 ending in a and the other one doesn’t. Don’t overthink the naming process. All three are lovely names.
