Emily Kate is very cute!! I prefer Kate to Katie because it sounds more grown up, then you could use Katie as a nn

I would suggest Emily Kathryn or Katelyn Emily. Emily Kate would be wonderful! I’m an Emily,too. Even though it’s popular, it’ll always be a classic. That’s why it’s popular.

What about Emily Cathleen? You could also use the Spanish Emilia instead of Emily.

Both are gorgeous but I prefer Emily. Emily Catrin, Emily Kathleen, Emily Katherine, Emily Kate, Emily Katia, Emily Katrina, Emily Katerina or Emily Catalina would be gorgeous.
