No way. It sounds like just another trashy stripper name. I know you don’t want to do that to your daughter. She has to live with "Starletta" her whole life....unless she decides to change it (and I wouldn’t blame her)
Go with Scarlett. It’s so much prettier and your child will always love it, especially with the nickname Carly. ;) Good luck!

I saw it in a book I was reading and thought it was col sounding. I’m not planning on using it or anything, so don’t worry. I just wanted some opinions.
