I pronounce it (lie-la). I like Lila Leigh, since I think the double L sound is cute, but Lila Kate gets my second vote.

Victoria makes the name sound really elegant. Lila Leigh sounds way too Southern to me, and not in a good way. Kate is ok but makes it too cutesy IMO. GL!!

Lila is pronounced lee-lah. All 3 names are cute, but my first choice is Lila Victoria. It happens to be my Yorkie’s name.
